HFN were appointed as a nominated sub-contractor to Connaught’s by Sandwell Homes in September 2008 and completed in February 2009.

Extensive hard landscaping works undertaken adjacent to three blocks of flats
Approximately 1,600 square metres of Tegula block paving and 2,500 square metres of macadam works undertaken
Macadam works undertaken to create 3 car parks, in individual phases, to comply with the requirements of the residents
Extensive white lining undertaken throughout the site to full Highways specification

Contract completed on time and to the satisfaction of Sandwell Homes.
